The Race to Raise Volunteer Program

Race to Raise is seeking a select group of volunteers to help deliver one of Sydney's most unique evenings of performance, hospitality, philanthropy and community impact.

Hosted at Sydney Motorsport Park and supporting Kids With Cancer Foundation, Race to Raise brings together founders, investors, business leaders, corporate partners, families and community advocates within a carefully curated environment designed to create meaningful connection and lasting impact.

Our volunteer team plays an important role in shaping the guest experience from arrival through to event conclusion.

More than traditional event volunteering, this is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-led initiative while gaining exposure to high-calibre professionals, premium event operations and one of Australia's most distinctive charitable gatherings.

Guest Experience & Concierge Support

Shape the first and lasting impression for every guest arriving at Sydney Motorsport Park.

VIP & Hospitality Assistance

Support premium guest areas and ensure elevated hospitality standards throughout the evening.

Registration & Guest Services

Manage arrivals, ticketing and guest check-in, setting the tone for the evening from the outset.

Charity Auction & Fundraising Support

Assist with the Legacy Giving Moment, charity auction and fundraising activities throughout the event.

🤝

Sponsor & Partner Liaison

Coordinate with sponsors and partners to facilitate activations and branded experiences on the night.

Content, Media & Storytelling Support

Capture and share the Race to Raise story through content creation and media support throughout the evening.

⚙️

Event Operations & Coordination

Support the operational backbone of the event, ensuring every element runs smoothly and on schedule.

Who We're Looking For

Professional, well-presented and passionate about creating positive experiences for others.

Ideal applicants may come from backgrounds in hospitality, events, business, communications, marketing, philanthropy, community leadership or related fields.
